Unfortunately, the Chevrolet Corvette is still not offered for the Philippine market, however, there are reports of Chevrolet PH bringing in the Corvette in the country this 2017. Meanwhile here are the specs for the Corvette in the international market.
There are three Corvette models called the Stingray, Grand Sport, and Z06. The Stingray and Grand Sport are powered by a 6.2-liter LT1 V8 engine, but they both produce different outputs. The Stingray produces 455 hp at 6,000 rpm and a 460 Nm of torque at 4,600 rpm, while the Grand Sport produces 460 hp at 6,000 rpm and 465 Nm of torque at 4,600 rpm. On the other hand, the top-spec Z06 has a 6.2-liter LT4 supercharged V8 engine that can produce 650 hp at 6,400 rpm and 650 Nm at 3,600 rpm. All models have a standard 7-speed manual transmission with Active Rev Matching and launch control and an available 8-speed paddle-shift transmission with automatic mode and remote vehicle starter system.
For their braking system, the Stingray has a Brembo 4-wheel ventilated disc brakes with ABS and 4-piston calipers. The Grand Sport and Z06, on the other hand, both are equipped with a Brembo aluminum 6-piston monobloc fixed front calipers with steel rotors and aluminum 4-piston rear calipers with steel rotors.
