Nissan Philippines has unveiled the limited-edition trim of the pick-up truck Navara at the 2022 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).
Built with a bolder look and loaded with Nissan Intelligent Mobility (NIM) features, the Nissan Navara Calibre-X trim was developed on the brand's 80 years of pick-up heritage.
The notable improvements on its exterior design are the black-colored front grille, Nissan Emblem, window molding, roof rail, side view mirrors (with turn signal light, auto fold, and power adjust), door handles (with Intelligent Key Switch), and overfenders. Its front bumper has orange accents to provide additional flavor.
The newly-launched variant also has LED illumination for its headlamps (quad LED type), fog lights, tail lamps, and daytime running lights.
Further, the Nissan Navara Calibre-X is fitted with side step boards, mudguards, rain-sensing wipers, rear window defroster with timer, tailgate assist, and bed Utili-Track Channel System.
On the inside, the newest offering provides an ample amount of leather on the seats, door trim, and steering wheel.
Aside from that, the occupants will enjoy the high-contrast instrument meter cluster with seven-inch advanced drive assist display, auto-dimming rearview mirror, overhead console with two map lights and sunglass holder, sun visor with illuminated vanity mirrors (with ticket holder for driver), dashboard upper tray, and 10 bottle holders around the vehicle.
Nissan also equipped the Navara Calibre-X with 12-volt power outlets (two on the dashboard and one on the center console), as well as USB ports (one on the dashboard, two within the center console, and one on the rear) to ensure that everyone can charge up their mobile devices while inside the pick-up truck.

Other comfort-related and driver-assistive elements of the Nissan Navara Calibre-X are the power windows, speed-sensing power door locks, keyless entry, push button engine start/stop, cruise control, dual-zone air-conditioning system and eight-inch touchscreen audio (with Android Auto, Apple Carplay, and Bluetooth connectivity) matched to six speakers.
Furthermore, the pick-up truck is engineered with six airbags (dual front, side, and curtain-type); three-point seatbelts; Isofix and tether anchors; anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution and brake assist; vehicle dynamic control with four-wheel active brake limited slip and trailer stability assist; four-eye rear parking sensors; along with anti-theft system with alarm and engine immobilizer.
Powering the vehicle is the inline four-cylinder, double overhead cam, with variable turbocharger and intercooler that can deliver as much as 190 horses and 450Nm of torque. Guaranteeing the smooth delivery of the output is the seven-speed automatic gearbox with manual mode.
Available in fiery red, galaxy black and aspen pearl white body colors, the Nissan Navara Calibre X wears a P1.526-million price tag.
