2024 Chevrolet Trax to be offered in US in 5 trims by 2023

Chevrolet has unveiled the newest version of the Trax sport utility vehicle (SUV).

Per the American automotive brand, the entry-level SUV will be offered in five variants, all packed with Chevrolet’s EcoTec 1.2-liter turbo engine mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The power mill can deliver as much as 137 horsepower (hp) with 219Nm of pulling power.

The five trims of the all-new Chevrolet Trax will be LS, LT, 1RS, 2RS, and Activ.

On the outside, Both the LS and LT variants of the all-new Chevrolet Trax feature clean and straightforward designs. The former wears 17-inch steelies while the latter gets 17-inch machined aluminum wheels.

Meanwhile, the all-new Chevrolet Trax RS variation comes with sporty exterior appointments as well as a unique grille with an embedded RS badge. The 1RS rides on 18-inch machine-faced aluminum wheels while the 2RS boasts 19-inch machine-faced aluminum wheels.

Lastly, the all-new Chevrolet Trax Activ variant offers a slew of titanium chrome accents and an aggressive-looking rear skid plate. It also features unique black 18-inch wheels.

Inside, the LT trim gets black seats with Sky Cool Gray accents. Meanwhile, the 2RS variant comes with red accents on the seats and a racing-inspired flat-bottom steering wheel. The Activ trim, on the other hand, features Evotex seats with yellow accents.

Additional standard and available content for the 2024 Chevrolet Trax include a center console with an ergonomically optimized shifter location, an electronic parking brake that opens up more storage space in the console, four bottle holders and two cup holders, as well as an available sunroof.

Below are the prices of the 2024 Chevrolet Trax:

• LS: US$21,495 (P1.267 million)
• LT: US$23,395 (P1.379 million) 
• 1RS: US$23,195 (P1.367 million)
• 2RS: US$24,995 (P1.473 million)
• Trax Activ: US$24,995 (P1.473 million).

The all-new 2024 Chevrolet Trax will go on sale in March of 2023.
