Iconic Vehicles of Hollywood Films and Musical Giants Up for Auction
Don’t look now—but if you're a fan of the Fast and Furious movies, Elvis Presley, Knight Rider, or even the animated films "Cars" and "Scooby Doo," then you're in for a treat. These big names' most iconic vehicles and customized automobiles will be included in the upcoming Legends: Iconic Film & Music Memorabilia Auction in Los Angeles, California on August 25 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time).
Of course, you need to be in California for this; or at the very least know someone who lives there. Still, it's great to join in the fun, since it will feature over 150 items to be auctioned off. Among the highlights of the said event are sixteen iconic vehicles from popular Hollywood movies and musical chart-toppers. Some of them include the following:
- a 1970 Dodge Charger driven by actor Vin Diesel who played Dominic Toretto in the blockbuster hit "Fast and Furious" (2009)
- a 1987 Buick Grand National “Wheelie Car” also driven by actor Vin Diesel in the blockbuster film "Fast and Furious" (2009)
- Rob Zombie's "31" 1976 GMC Motorhome used during production of the 2016 Rob Zombie horror film
- Elvis Presley's 1976 Lincoln Continental Mark IV Cartier Edition
- a Knight Rider (2008) "KITT" 2008 Ford Mustang GT from the television series
- a well-documented 1977 Sea-Mist Green Cadillac Seville, which is the last vehicle purchased by The King of Rock n’ Roll before his death
There are even customized vehicles that are also being auctioned off, such as:
- a Fan-Built Scooby Doo "Mystery Machine" 1969 Dodge A100
- a customized "Lil" Lightening McQueen 2013 EXGO RXV Electric Golf Cart inspired by the hit film "Cars" (2006)
It's not everyday that you get to own a piece of Hollywood memorabilia from your favorite movie star or animated film, so grab this chance if you can. You can visit this link for more details.
