Advance in Style with the New Toyota Avanza

The country's leading automotive manufacturer Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) recently unveiled the new Toyota Avanza. Combining best value with modern style, the 2019 Avanza comes with a refreshed sporty look, a redesigned dashboard with a new infotainment system, and practical safety features--making it the Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) of choice for the smart Filipino family.

A trusted heritage

Since its introduction in the Philippines last 2006, the Avanza has now sold almost 100,000 units, earning the trust and loyalty of countless customers with Toyota standards of quality, durability, and reliability. Currently on its second generation, the Avanza continues to provide worry-free ownership and affordable convenience to Filipino families, giving them the Toyota brand assurance that can be felt from sales to regular maintenance and beyond.

The new Toyota Avanza is now available for retail in all 69 Toyota dealerships nationwide. Price starts at PHP731,000.

The smart MPV with a stylish ride

The new Toyota Avanza gets an exterior overhaul: its brand new fascia gives the vehicle a sportier look with a more confident stance. The facelift includes new split-type LED headlamps which seamlessly complement the character lines of the hood's sheet metal, as well as Front Fog Lamps alongside its dark front grille. Style is the new smart with its redesigned alloy wheels that highlight the model's ground clearance, perfect for road trips with the whole family. The sporty rear design and the fin-type antenna completes the new Toyota Avanza's modern look.

Top-of-the-line entertainment and comfort

Family trips are not complete without quality entertainment on the road. The new Toyota Avanza comes equipped with a 6.8-inch Capacitive Touch Panel Display infotainment system that can also be found inside premium Toyota models like the RAV4 and Camry. This multimedia console is enhanced with high-resolution K2 Technology audio that enables 2-Phones Hands-Free and 5-Phones Music Streaming. Smartphone mirroring is also allowed using the T-Link app.

The new Toyota Avanza makes sure that everyone is comfortable for the long drive with its seven-seater cabin and spacious cargo trunk. The interior design cues were patterned after versatility and practical daily use. Make your summer experience cool and easy with its new Digital Display Air-Conditioning and additional accessory connectors for the front and back rows.

A tried and tested powertrain

The new Toyota Avanza is steady and reliable with a maximum output of 103 hp for the 1.5-liter engine (Veloz, G variant) and 95 hp for the 1.3-liter engine (E, J variant). Drivers can choose between a four-speed Automatic Transmission and a five-speed Manual Transmission. Widely known as one of the most dependable MPVs available today, the 2019 Avanza bears the Toyota trademark of accessible quality for all Filipinos.

Practical safety for the whole family

All models carrying the Toyota badge prioritize safety, and the new Toyota Avanza is no different. Aside from dual SRS airbags for driver and passenger, it has 3-point ELR seatbelts for all seats and an ISOFIX child-seat restraint system suited for starting families. On top of its Anti-Lock Brake System, the new Toyota Avanza also gets upgraded with Side Mirror-Integrated Turn Signals. These handy features make every ride safe for the whole family, giving customers security and peace of mind.

Toyota Motor Philippines is happy to announce that there will be no change in the suggested retail price for the Veloz and G variants despite numerous additions and improvements on the model.
