ADVISORY: Road repairs in NCR for Aug. 25-28
The Department of Public Works and Highways will conduct reblocking on select roads in the National Capital Region (NCR) beginning tonight (August 25), the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced.

- C-5 Road northbound, Tiendesitas to Julia Vargas intersection (southbound) lane 2 (portion), Pasig City
- C-5 Road southbound to Korean Embassy southbound, Makati City
- C-3 Road eastbound between C. Cordero to Rizal Avenue (second lane from sidewalk), Caloocan City
- C-3 Road eastbound between 5th Street to Maria Clara Street (third lane from sidewalk), Caloocan City
- Rizal Avenue Exit northbound between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue (first lane), Caloocan City
- Taft Avenue and corner Pedro Gil 4th lane from northbound and southbound, Manila City
- Commonwealth Avenue northbound B. Soliven Street to Doña Carmen (fourth lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- Commonwealth Avenue northbound Kristong Hari to B. Soliven Street (sixth lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- Aurora Boulevard eastbound Gilmore Avenue (first lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- East Avenue westbound fronting PSA Building, Quezon City
- After C-5 Road southbound and Ayala Heights intersection, Quezon City
- Commonwealth Avenue southbound Shell Gas Station to Zuzuarregui Street (second lane from sidewalk), Quezon City
- C-5 Road E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue in front of Shell Gas Station, Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City
- Rizal Avenue Exit northbound between 10th Avenue and 11th Avenue, Caloocan City
- Along C-5 Road corner Lanuza Avenue and along C-5 Service Road near Hyundai Pasig, Pasig City
- McArthur Highway northbound, Malabon City
Per MMDA, the aforementioned roads will be fully passable by 5 a.m. on Monday (August 28). With that, the agency advised motorists to take alternate routes.
