ADVISORY: Take better care of your vehicle with Honda’s PMS guides

There’s more to taking care of our cars than meets the eye. And while some know just how to show love to their rides — to the point that they treat them as family — others, especially new car owners, might find themselves lost about what to do, and browse the manual every now and then.

That said, Honda shares its PMS guides to help its customers take better care of their cars.

Honda owners can start by visiting Honda’s website and clicking the “Virtual Showroom” tab on their screens. This will take them to Honda’s virtual portal where they can check out the Honda cars using a 360-degree rendered image of their selected vehicle.

Here, they can also book a test drive, request for a quote, view their auto loan offers, check out brochures, reserve a car, but most importantly, view Honda’s PMS guide.

By clicking on the “Aftersales” icon, they’ll be taken to a page where they can access Honda’s aftersales services. By selecting “Maintenance Schedule & Cost Guide,” owners can see a customized table detailing their PMS schedule and the cost of each service based on what model they own and what transmission type they have.

A guide on parts replacement is also available when they click on the “Parts Checking & Replacement Guide.” Here, owners get a tailored table detailing the parts and lubricants that need to be replaced, and when exactly do they need to be replaced, based on their vehicle’s model interval in month, year, or distance, and fuel type.

According to Honda Philippines, only two PMS visits a year are recommended to keep Honda vehicles in pristine condition compared with quarterly PMS prescribed by other brands.

Furthermore, Honda Cars dealerships and service centers have highly skilled technicians and dedicated staff using state-of-the-art tools and equipment. PMS at the authorized Honda dealers guarantee genuine chemicals, parts and accessories, and service quality that is aligned with global standards to ensure workmanship and safety.
