After its launch here in August last year, the Ford Territory has already breached the 5,000-unit sales milestone.
Ford Philippines announced that as of June 30, the model has already sold 5,247 units after almost 11 months since it was introduced in the country. It has proven popular among young professionals, tech-savvy millennials, and small families.
The brand said it “has consistently sustained its leadership in the small SUV segment this year with a market share of 56 percent as of May 2021.”
Ford Philippines claimed that the Ford leverages on the brand’s global expertise in vehicle design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing.
Its highly-regarded features include a panoramic moonroof, 360-degree Around View Monitor, blind spot information system, 10-inch infotainment system, and Apple CarPlay with wireless connectivity feature and Android Auto capability.
Newly minted Ford Philippines managing director Michael Breen expressed gratitude over the increasing support for the new model.
“This is a huge milestone for us at Ford and we send our immense appreciation to the growing community of Territory owners in the Philippines for their trust and support,” Breen was quoted as saying.
“We are very excited to bring the Territory to more Filipino customers who will definitely enjoy driving a smart, safe, stylish, and feature-packed SUV.”
