Audi has announced the arrival of their
award-winning premium compact SUV,
all-new Audi Q3 in the Philippines.
The second generation Q3, which
debuted at 2019 New York Auto Show, had grown size-wise, making it more spacious, versatile and more comfortable.
The latest Q3 sports a
new octagonal, Singleframe grille and slick LED running lights in front that, along with the sculpted sides, provide a sharper appearance.
The rear end features a new pair of sleek
LED taillamps with a cluster design mimicking the pattern on the daytime running lights in front.
Inside, an intuitive
Audi Virtual Cockpit and a 10.1-inch MMI touch display, which is compatible with
Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, can be seen in the central element of the vehicle.
The all-new Q3 is powered by a
1.4-liter, inline-four turbocharged gasoline engine mated to a 7-speed, S tronic dual-clutch transmission that delivers
150 horsepower and 250 Nm torque.
Its array of safety features and driver assistance systems include
electronic stability control, electromechanical power steering, hold assist, hill descent control, park assist with parking aid plus and rear-view camera.
The all-new Q3 achieved a
five-star rating in the
Euro New Car Assessment Program (NCAP).
It has also received the
USA's Insurance Institute of Highway Safety’s (IIHS) Top Safety Pick Plus rating, where it scored “
Good”,
the highest rating a car can achieve, in all crashworthiness tests.
It has also been acclaimed by the
Readers’ Choice of “Best Cars 2019” by German technical magazine Auto Motor und Sport.
The
2020 Audi Q3 will be
previewed to the public on November 8-10 at the South Court of Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City.
