Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) has announced that the all-new HR-V will be introduced next month.
HCPI said that the digital launch of the all-new HR-V will be held on April 19, 2022 2 p.m. on its distributor’s official Facebook page.
The Japanese automotive marque’s local arm added that reservations for the upcoming sport utility vehicle (SUV) will be accepted starting April 1 on 37 dealerships around the country.
In a statement, HCPI said that the all-new Honda HR-V is engineered to “Heighten your Senses” as it enjoys several upgrades.
As shared by the company, the forthcoming version of the HR-V will be offered in two engine options: a 1.5-liter double overhead can (DOHC) i-VTEC engine for the base trim and a 1.5-liter VTEC Turbo engine for the range-topping variant. The two power mill varieties are both matched to a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
On the outside, the all-new Honda HR-V sports a pair of newly-shaped headlights. The lines resemble that of the all-new Honda Civic plus the sloping roofline gives it a coupe-inspired look.
Without sharing specific details, HCPI noted that the forthcoming subcompact crossover is treated with quality materials paired with good ergonomics. “Overall, its interior layout goes by Honda's 'man maximum-machine minimum' principle, where the purpose of technology and design is to serve the needs of the driver and passengers,” HCPI said.

Further, HCPI bared that the all-New Honda HR-V will be available in two variants namely, S CVT and Turbo V CVT with prices ranging from P1.3 million to P1.6 million.
