Amidst the pandemic that is hounding Philippines (as well as the rest of the world), Suzuki Philippines has announced the coming in of two all-new vehicles.
In a statement, SPI has introduced the all-new Suzuki XL7 (SUV), and S-Presso (compact crossover).
The said two are now available in the country "to cater to the needs of modern Filipino families and professionals as a reliable companion in witnessing new places and exciting drives."
Suzuki Philippines Vice President and General Manager for Automobile Division Keiichi Suzuki was elated with the coming in of the two new offers.
“We have seen our customers progress over the years and it is only fitting that we in Suzuki make sure that we are able to provide them with top-notch vehicles which champion the Suzuki Way of Life! in their everyday lives. The newest addition to our SUVs which is the XL7, perfectly fuses exterior aesthetic and dynamic interior with its seating capacity that can accommodate seven passengers,"he said.
"The S-Presso that proudly boasts of the iconic Suzuki SUV design is perfect for our customers who appreciate compact cars that deliver excellent engine performance made to match their needs when it comes to conquering daily challenges on the road,” Suzuki added.
All-New XL7
The All New XL7 is powered with a K15B engine that is also found in the Ciaz and Jimny. This engine provides 103 horsepower and 138N-m torque.
The overall exterior design of the XL7 exudes boldness front fascia and fenders with garnish.
The XL7 is said to have flexible seating arrangements, claiming that third row passengers can get to enjoy wide leg room.
The XL7 also has 199 liter luggage capacity and has been fitted with rear parking sensor and rear parking camera, advanced multi-information LCD display, automatic aircon controls, keyless push start function as well as 10-inch infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto.
Safety features of the XL7 include dual airbags, Anti-lock Brake Sytem (ABS) with Electric Brake force Distribution (EBD) and Electronic Stability Program (ESP).
The XL7 enjoys the generation HEARTECT platform, which is the same engineering developed for the Swift for weight reduction, efficient energy disposal during collision, as well as improved NVH performance.
The all-new New XL7 is priced at Php1.068 million and comes in four colors, Brave Khaki and Snow White both in pearl finish, while Magma Gray and Sunrise Orange in metallic finish.
On the other hand, the All-New S-Presso has an athletic profile that suits its tall stance.
Propelling this hatchback is the K10B engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission, which is similarly fitted on the Suzuki Alto.
Its luggage capacity can accommodate 239L luggage space.
Its Interior driving amenities include storage space for bottles and cup-holders, air conditioning that comes with a heater control, and front power windows that provide ease for the driving experience.
The All-New S-Presso features Suzuki’s Total Effective Control Technology, (TECT) body, which scatters collision energy across the vehicle frame to mitigate damage to the car and passengers.
Other safety features of the S-Presso include dual airbags, rear parking assist, and anti-brake locking systems.
The All New S-presso is pegged at Php518,000 and is available in a new colorway, Sizzle Orange as well as Fire Red, Metallic Granite Gray, and Metallic Silky Silver.
Suzuki has given prospective buyers until March 18 to avail the early booking discount with Php15,000 for the S-presso, while Php 30,000 for XL7.
