Three lucky winners of the new-generation KTM Duke 200 have already taken home their respective prizes for joining the Joyful Treats at the City of Firsts Christmas raffle promo held at yuletide last year.
Receiving the motorcycles last week were Mark Kevin Labo, Jimmy Lin (husband of winner Irene Lin), and Medilyn Lambot. The awarding ceremonies were held at the Gateway Pavillion and was attended by Araneta City Assistant Vice President for Marketing Marjorie Go and Adventure Cycle Philippines, Inc. (KTM Philippines) Community Engagement's Anne Tayao.
The three winners were among the many who entered the Joyful Treats at the City of Firsts Christmas promo that ran from November 17, 2020 to February 7, 2021. Purchases from any Araneta City establishment or any Petron station entitled them to join the raffle.
“Congratulations to the winners of the Araneta City Joyful Treats at the City of Firsts. This is the first time that we partnered with KTM Philippines, and the first time to give our shoppers the chance to own a new-generation KTM 200 Duke Motorcycle,” Go said.
“Hopefully, this will be part of the memorable firsts of our winners here in the 'City of Firsts,'” she added.
Touted as a "light heavyweight," the latest KTM Duke 200 weighs less yet gets a substantial package with its new frame to match the enhanced liquid-cooled, single cylinder, Euro 4-rated engine capable of delivering 26hp and 19Nm. This is mated to a six-speed transmission
“It is an out-and-out street prowling brawler that offers a standout look and best-in-class features fit for an Araneta City patron,” Araneta City claimed in its statement.
