First, the Importer Process Analysis and Workshop Processes were thoroughly evaluated and updated in line with the 2024 process analysis topics. The aforementioned portion ensures that the Service Department operates with efficiency and effectiveness.
The session also placed emphasis on the Technical Service Processes for Importer Technical Staff and Workshop teams. The Process Coaching Workshop concentrated on Service Core Processes and included specialized instruction on the High Voltage Vehicle Reception and Fault Error process — a crucial area for electric vehicle (EV) maintenance.
Further, training also had a Technical Coaching Workshop that gave in-depth training on advanced diagnostic tools that would accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
