Bentley announced that its customization department Mulliner has launched a Belgian Equestrian Collection to celebrate the art of show jumping in Belgium.
In a statement, the automotive marque said that the collection (which is made up of 10 bespoke Bentaygas) is the first collaboration of the Belgian retail partners with Mulliner.
Each Bentley Bentayga in the collection is powered by a V8 engine that can provide up to 542 horses and sports a unique Spectre body color. The vehicles also come with 22-inch, 10-spoke, black-painted wheels and carbon fiber styling kit (including mirror caps and sports exhaust).
On the inside, every Bentley Bentayga in the Belgian Equestrian Collection wears Burnt Oak-colored leather with Mandarin stitching. To easily identify the collection apart from the other Bentaygas around the world, the veneer on the passenger side displays the “Belgian Equestrian Collection” with a metal overlay.
Further, the Belgian Equestrian Collection incorporates sustainable materials such as the tweed option in the interior for a very exquisite finish.
Bentley Regional Director for Europe said that the Belgian Equestrian Collection “illustrates the creativity, craftsmanship and individual personalization details that can be designed through Mulliner.”
“Offering the dream car and attention to detail is what Mulliner stands for and we are glad to see it happen in Belgium this time, now the new home of a ten-car collection of bespoke Bentayga,” he added.
For his part, D’Ieteren Automotive Luxury Brands Managing Director Eric Cortois was elated with the latest collection, noting that many of the company’s clients are involved in the sport.
“We have been inspired by the shared passion between the automotive and the equestrian worlds,” he said.
“Therefore, we worked in association with Stephex on all details to make this collection truly unique. This collection is an homage to the Equestrian world and the athletes competing in Belgium.”
The limited edition will be seen at the Brussels Stephex Masters, one of the most prestigious show jumping competitions in the world, on August 24 to 28.
