Bentley announces the latest member of the Mulliner family and the new range-topping variant of the Continental nameplate.
The Continental GT Mulliner W12 is part of the brand’s refreshed product portfolio and is heralded as a new ultimate version of the Continental GT Mulliner.
The British luxury carmaker calls it the “most powerful, fastest, most dynamic, and most luxurious Continental GT yet created.”
On the outside, the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner W12 offers a suite of exclusive exterior design features that separate the model from the rest of the family. These include the new “Double Diamond” matrix grille at the fore, complemented by matching front fender vents with the same silver and black design and with Mulliner branding. It also comes with Mulliner Welcome Lamps and illuminated outer door sills with Mulliner text.
The cabin of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner W12 offers a level of customization that only Bentley’s personal commissioning department can offer. The cabin boasts a unique color split, exclusive to the top-of-the-line Continental saloon. This color scheme is achieved by combining a primary and a secondary that is joined by a third color through a flowing design line. The car’s floor mats are edged with micro-piping to match the rest of the color theme of the interior.
Other opulent interior features include piano wood veneers; seats (with embroidered Mulliner logos), door trims, and rear quarter panels with diamond-in-diamond quilting with both contrast and accent stitching running through the diamond design; an indented or smooth hide headliner; and a unique brushed-metal finished Breitling clock.
Under the hood of the Bentley Continental GT Mulliner W12 sits a 6.0-liter W12 TFSI engine that puts out 650 horses and 900Nm of torque. It has a top speed of 335kph and can go from zero to 60 in as fast as 3.5 seconds.
The Bentley Continental GT Mulliner W12 will make its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed which runs from June 23 to 26.
