Named the Ultra Performance Hybrid, the engine can deliver a peak output of 779 horsepower (hp) — 90 hp more compared to the retiring powerplant outfitted in the Flying Spur and GT. The aforementioned performance makes the new engine the “most dynamic, most responsive and most efficient system in Bentley’s history.”
In addition, the hybrid system also has an 80-kilometer electric-only range.
Further, the new Ultra Performance Hybrid is supposed to deliver carbon emissions of less than 50 grams per kilometer (based on Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure standards).
