BMW just dropped what could be the most bad-ass SUVs to ever hit the automotive industry.

The limited-edition BMW X5 and BMW X6 in Black Vermilion, as well as the BMW X7 in Frozen Black metallic (also a limited edition model), feature looks that radiate a dominating presence demanding respect.

According to the German automaker, both the pitch-black X5 and the X6 Sports Activity Vehicles (SAV) will feature exclusive equipment details while the X7 Sports Activity Coupe (SAC) will combine impressive options into an exclusive package.

Noticeable in the BMW X5 and BMW X6 in Black Vermilion is the interplay between the colors black and red.

These limited-edition models will see BMW’s iconic kidney grille wear a black finish complemented by red vertical bars that are flanked by LED headlights on each side. These special BMW X5 and BMW X6 models will also don aggressive-looking front and rear aprons.

Both SAVs will ride on 22-inch, double-spoke light-alloy wheels finished Orbit Grey. they will be paired with red high-gloss M Sport brake calipers which further accentuates the black-on-read theme.

Inside, the Black Vermilion BMW X5 and BMW X6 feature BMW Individual accents like cupholders in black piano finish, glass applications on the iDrive Controller, the automatic gear selector, and start/stop button, as well as wood interior accents with aluminum inlays and the M Alcantara Anthracite roof liner.

More of the black-on-red theme can be found on the BMW X5 with red accents found on the rear seats. The edging on both the front and rear floor mats is also finished in red.

According to BMW, all three models will be made available in August with their first deliveries expected in September 2021. Prices in Germany start at €93,200 for the BMW X5 Black Vermilion, €100,700 for the BMW X6 Black Vermilion, and €108,700 for the BMW X7 in Frozen Black metallic.
