MMPC President and Chief Executive Officer Takeshi Hara said this is part of their numerous initiatives to boost their aftersales service.
“We always strive to form meaningful relationships with our customers and be mindful of their ownership journey,” Hara was quoted as saying. “Meaning, we not only provide Filipinos excellent craftsmanship but also more importantly peace of mind with respect to aftersales servicing,” he added.
MMPC recently launched “Life Made Better”, a slogan celebrating its “more than 50 years of strong connection with Filipinos.”
The company said that through the latest slogan, it is reinforcing its commitment to further enrich lives of Mitsubishi owners in the country, on and off the road, more so now as the country still faces threats brought about by COVID-19 pandemic.
“Echoing our new local slogan, we want to ensure that soon-to-be owners of the New Mirage G4 will be able to relish in its sensational style and exceptional practicality without having to worry about maintenance costs,” Hara shared.
Launched last August, the updated Mitsubishi Mirage G4 is equipped with a 1.2-liter MIVEC engine matched to an INVECS-III continuous variable transmission (CVT).
Available in three variants, the GLS CVT (top of the line), GLX CVT (mid-level trim) and the GLX MT (base model), the vehicle comes in eight body colors namely Wine Red, Pyrenese Black, Savanna White, Virgil Gray, Majestic Red, Medium Blue Mica, Sunrise Orange and Cool Silver Metallic.
Service appointments for the Mirage G4 (as well as other members of the Mitsubishi roster) can be booked through Mitsubishi Service Connect, the brand’s customer engagement mobile phone app.
Available to Android and Apple users, the Mitsubishi Service Connect was designed to easily manage service histories and schedules. This tool also helps users to find the nearest authorized dealership or service center — whether for test drives or repairs.
