Caltex has handed over three Ford Ranger Sport pickup trucks to the lucky winners of its Pickup Your Rewards Promo.
The Ford Ranger Sport packs a 2.0-liter turbo diesel mill, which is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. Together, the powertrain puts out as much as 167 horses and 405 Newton-meters of pulling power.
Notably, the Sport trim of the Ford Ranger pickup truck packs an Ebony interior finish, an eight-inch digital instrument cluster, and a 10-inch colored portrait touchscreen infotainment system. It also offers an electric power-assisted steering and a keyless entry and push-start button.
A short turnover ceremony was held at the Caltex station in Chino Roces Avenue, Makati where Netterino Torres (from Pampanga), Arnold Gonzales (from Batangas), and William Gaabucayan (from Cagayan de Oro) — along with their families — received their Ford Ranger units.
The winners won the lucky draw via the CaltexGO app, which is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Each of the pickup trucks was filled up with Caltex Power Diesel with Techron D, which according to the fuel company, has been shown to improve the diesel engine’s overall efficiency while restoring lost engine performance after years of use.
