Car buyers often overlook the resale value of a car when they purchase the vehicle, especially when it is brand new. In general, most car owners sell their vehicle anywhere from 5 to 10 years after its purchase for several reasons. One of the most compelling is their need for a new model which can be financed by the sale of their current car.
Carmudi Philippines made a quick audit of the current vehicles in their database and calculated the resale value of some of the most popular models in the Philippines. Below are the cars with high resale value in the Philippines:

The HiAce is a 3 or 4-door large-size van that can accommodate 12 to 15 people. It has three standout variants- the Commuter, GL Grandia and Super Grandia. Aside from being a commuter vehicle, this car is also used as an ambulance and a taxi cab.
