The Changan CS75 Plus returned a good result at the fuel economy run conducted by Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) and the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP).
Based on the test held last July 20 to 22, the CS75 Plus recorded a 17.3 kilometer-per-liter (kpl) reading after covering 180.65 kilometers of highway and running between 60 and 85kph.
The CS75 Plus 1.5L 6AT traversed Shell Balagtas North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) northbound to Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) Tarlac Terminus, going to Shell of Asia Bulacan, passing through NLEX, to Clark Spur Road, SCTEX, and back.
During city driving, the sport utility vehicle offering from the Chinese automaker registered 8.933 kpl after being driven for 90.7 kilometers.

Powering the vehicle is a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline direct inject (T-GDi) engine matched to a six-speed automatic transmission.
With a tagline "Change your view of confidence," the CS75 Plus has ensured that function and aesthetics are included in the overall design, thus, being equipped with a a seven-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12-inch touchscreen audio display, D-shape steering wheel, panoramic sunroof as well as scarlet leather seats.
For its safety features, the Changan CS75 Plus — which is anchored on the brand’s safety promise — is fitted with six airbags, 360-degree panoramic camera, hill descent assist and hill hold control, reverse parking sensors, electronic parking brake system and a tire-pressure monitoring system.
