Chery Auto PH holds first 'Skills Olympics'

In pursuit of ensuring excellent aftersales service to its clients, Chery Auto Philippines (CAP) has conducted its first-ever Skills Olympics.

Contestants in the aforementioned company-wide program were Chery service technicians and spare parts representatives from around the country.

According to CAP, the program is targeted to elevate the expertise of its aftersales service technicians and spare parts representatives and boost the brand’s "Fix it Right the First Time" program as well as showcase the importance of customer satisfaction in dealerships.

“Through this competition, dealerships are motivated to continue to engage in activities that will not only further hone their skills but also train them to be globally competitive,” CAP noted.

Further, CAP’s premiere Skills Olympics is also meant to increase the participants’ morale to be able to “create a lasting impact on the aftersales team’s dedication and loyalty to the brand” while fostering a spirit of healthy competition.
