Chery Tiggo 7, 8 series get top ranks in JD Power China
Chery models Tiggo 7 and 8 were the top-ranking nameplates in the JD Power China in the “medium-sized economical sport utility vehicle (SUV)” and medium-sized SUV, respectively.

Per the carmaker, Chery has now sold more than 3.4 million SUVs globally.According to Chery, the JD Power China Automotive Performance, Execution, and Layout study evaluated a total of 35,155 traditional fuel vehicle owners who purchased new vehicles between June 2022 and March 2023, covering 230 models from 48 brands.
The research, Chery explained, was conducted in 81 major Chinese cities between December 2022 and May 2023.
The said results, Chery pointed out, serve as proof that the brand “is more widely known to offer quality vehicles.”
Per the carmaker, Chery has now sold more than 3.4 million SUVs globally.
In the Philippines, Chery’s offerings include nameplates like the Tiggo 2 Pro, 5X, 7 Pro, and 8 Pro.
