Chery unveils Premium Preserv program
In a bid to redefine car ownership through a suite of vehicle warranties and after-sales packages, United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI) has launched Chery Premium Preserv Program.
The Chery Premium Preserv is the collective suite that removes any lingering worries or concerns on owning a new Chery vehicle with industry-leading warranties and services.
Vice President for Chery Customer Service Division Erroll Duenas expressed pride over the newly crafted platform. “Chery Premium Preserv is not just any feel-good marketing gimmick; it is the real deal that gives unprecedented protection and convenience to Chery car owners. It will set a new industry standard that even the leading car brands have yet to match,” he said.
Spearheading the latest initiative is the brand's industry-leading 10-5-3-3 protection, which stands for the 10-year or one million-kilometer engine warranty, five-year or 150,000-kilometer general warranty, three-year free preventive maintenance service (PMS) that covers oil change; replacement oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid and transmission oil; as well as complete check-up and computerized scan of engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electronics (depending on the service required for each PMS interval) for the first three years of vehicle ownership.
The free PMS will save Chery owners as much as P50,000 in maintenance costs.
UAAGI also presents its brand-new Chery vehicles with a three-year free roadside assistance that includes minor onsite repairs, emergency towing assistance, and even crane services if necessary. Aside from that, the program adds Roadside Emergency Tracker Assistance, Cashless Fully Indemnified Coverage, Rapid Response Team, and even hotel accommodation, directory assistance (LTO, MMDA, PNP, legal), hospital and ambulance assistance in key cities, as well as traffic information and road condition updates in Metro Manila.
Also part of Chery Premium Preserv is the Chery EC Mobile Service, which is features professional staff and complete equipment, tools, and spare parts.
“Designed to benefit Chery owners not just with safety and protection during the pandemic but with convenience even in the post-pandemic times, which will happen hopefully soon, the Chery EC Mobile Service lets Chery owners have their car serviced in the comfort, convenience and safety of their own homes,” UAAGI claimed.
Under Chery EC Mobile Service, home service mechanics can perform PMS, troubleshooting and diagnosis, jumpstarting and battery testing, minor electrical and mechanical repairs, and even emergency repairs.
Further, Chery Auto Philippines invested in spare parts inventory, ensuring that it has a sufficient stock of parts (from tiny parts like rubber seals, O-rings, and fasteners to huge parts like engine and transmission assemblies, floor panels, and roof linings for the current Tiggo model range) at its central parts depot. This will also guarantee that all its offerings will have available parts — be it PMS parts, fast-moving parts, and collision panels — at any of the 19 Chery dealerships nationwide.
Lastly, the brand's much-lauded Chery Auto PH mobile app is also part of the Chery Premium Preserv. This feature offers booking services for maintenance and repairs, scheduling Chery EC Mobile visits, buying and reserving Chery parts and accessories. The Chery Auto PH mobile app is available for download on Google Play, iOS App Store, and Huawei App Gallery.
