The Covenant Car Company, Inc. (TCCCI), Chevrolet's exclusive distributor in the country, showcased the 2019 C7 Chevrolet Stingray at the Chevrolet Motorama 2018 held at SM Megamall Fashion Hall. Along with the car's first-ever Philippine display, TCCCI announced that it will be officially offered in the country. The latest edition of the Stingray is scheduled to go on sale locally in early 2019.
"We are extremely proud that the Corvette's first launch in Southeast Asia is happening in the Philippines," said Atty. Alberto B. Arcilla, President and Managing Director of TCCCI. "As we preview the legendary sports car in the country--on its 65th year anniversary, no less--we are happy to provide the market with a driving experience like no other."
The C7 Corvette Stingray comes equipped with the powertrain combo of a 6.2-liter LT1 V8 Wet Sump engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission, which delivers 455 hp and 621 Nm of torque. The locally available version will exclusively come with the the 3LT trim package, with unique features that include competition sport seats, magnetic ride control, and performance data recorder.

The 2019 C7 Corvette Stingray starts at PhP8,546,888.00.
