The company's roadmap for Chevrolet Philippines consists of new product introductions, dealership openings, and targets set for 2024-2027.During the recent “Generation Chevrolet 3.33” program, its president Ma. Fe Agudo said that the marque experienced a 131-percent retail output for the initial six months of the year — surpassing the brand’s sales volume for 2023. The increase was driven by the Tracker, Camaro, and Trailblazer.
Relatedly, the Golden Bowtie marque’s distributorship is now under Hariphil Asia Resources, Incorporated (HARI) — which is under Agudo’s leadership. Last January, Agudo took the role of being the company’s president.
In a statement, HARI said that Agudo has taken on the challenge of “reestablishing the iconic status of the Bowtie Brand in the minds and sensibilities of today’s diverse markets.”
Currently under HARI is the distributorship of Hyundai commercial vehicles but previously, its portfolio includes Hyundai and Changan passenger car models.
During the recently-concluded event, Agudo revealed its three-year roadmap for the Chevrolet which consists of new product introductions, dealership openings, and targets set for 2024-2027.
“Taking a long view of HARI’s almost 25 years in the business, I clearly see how the ups and downs of our business accumulated to wins — because we refuse to stay down. We always get up, humbler but braver and wiser. I see history repeating itself as we embark on another breakthrough journey to fulfill General Motors' vision to pioneer innovations that move and connect people in this broad and diverse world of ours,” she said.
The same event also recognized Chevrolet Philippines’ top performers in sales, service, parts, customer relationship management, and dealer management.
“We want to acknowledge the dedicated individuals and teams of Chevrolet’s dealer network who fearlessly delivered remarkable results this first half of the year,” Agudo explained.
