Cleanfuel Motocross to premiere invitational series
Cleanfuel Motocross Park will have its first-ever Invitational Series starting later this month.

The event will have 10 categories.The newest outdoor trail park for two-wheels in Silang, Cavite will have its inaugural race event (which is sanctioned by the National Motorcycle Sports and Safety Association [NAMSSA>) on August 27. The three other rounds will be on October 1, 29, and November 26.
In a statement, the company said that the event is aimed at bringing out and developing young motorcycle riders in preparation for national championships while promoting safe and competitive riding. It is also designed to raise the sport’s awareness locally.
Cleanfuel Motocross Park President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Atty. Bong Suntay – who is also an avid motorcycle rider — expressed excitement towards the upcoming races.
“This is the first time we have formally unveiled our motocross park and sponsored an event like this. This outdoor recreational park for two-wheels will serve as the training grounds for young riders who are into Motocross,” Suntay said.
“This activity will help our local motocross community to showcase talents and skills that the Philippine Motocross team could take advantage of and promote local tourism in Cavite as well,” he added.
Further, the company CEO explained that the series is a good avenue to discover the country’s skills and talents.
The categories in the series (powered by Smart, Maya Business, and De Guzman & Co. Watches) are the following: 50cc starter shaft drive single speed automatic (eight years old and below); 50cc two-stroke/70cc four-stroke starter chain drive single speed automatic (eight years old and below); 50cc two-stroke/70cc four-stroke single speed automatic (nine years old and below); 65cc (12 years old and below); 85cc two-stroke/150cc four-stroke production (14 years old and below); Ladies (24 years old and below); Local Open Enduro (locally-manufactured motorcycles); Beginners Open Production; Novice Open Production; Veterans B (40 years old and above); Veterans Expert; and the Stacyc category (electric).
Cleanfuel Motocross Park head coach Kenneth San Andres explained that the categories were trimmed down based on the current roster and capacity of the track.
“This exciting event series brings all grassroots young and veterans’ riders together in a safer track,” San Andres noted.
Moreover, San Andres shared that the best age to learn the sport is between six to seven years old. "Here at Cleanfuel Motocross Park, we allow them to acquire the right perspective to ensure that we are creating safer and smarter riders,” San Andres said.
