DPWH opens Roxas Blvd-Libertad southbound; northbound to undergo repair

Sotto to Epifanio delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) after the department completed the replacement of a damaged box culvert.
In a press statement, the department said that the improved road pavement in the area will ensure safer movement of people, goods, and services.
Meanwhile, the DPWH said that the similar construction works will be made at the northbound direction of Roxas Boulevard. With that, motorists are advised to use the northbound service road or other possible alternate routes.
