American marque Ford flexes its muscles by recently launching the fastest Mustang Shelby GT500 in history.Making its global debut in Detroit, the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is said to deliver a whopping 700 hp, making it the fastest street-legal pony to date.Based on reports, the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is able to reach 0-60 mph in around 3 seconds and borrows elements from Ford GT and the racing-tuned Mustang GT4.
While it boasts comfort with its power-adjustable seats with optional suede fabric and Bang and Olufsen sound system, it would be difficult to convince your spouse that it is a family car (well, aside from the powerful figures it delivers), as it is reported to have a Carbon Fiber Track package with no rear seat as weight reduction.Prior to its unveiling, the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is set to go up against the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and the Dodge Challenger Hellcat, which delivers 650 and 707 horses, respectively.
