Ford Philippines shared the testimonials of next-generation Everest owners to show the capabilities of the Blue Oval brand’s sport utility vehicle (SUV).
Released in the country last year, the next-generation Ford Everest has impressed Filipino fans of the Dearborn-based brand.
Zainal Limpao, a software engineer who previously survived a car accident wanted a vehicle that come with the latest safety features. Fortunately, Limpao found what he was searching for.
“I had a car accident last year. We knew right then and there that if we are to acquire a new car, our next vehicle needs to have the most advanced safety features,” said Limpao.
Limpao said that he and his wife ultimately made the decision to go with the next-generation Ford Everest when they went to the Ford Island Conquest test drive event in Arcovia City.
The next-generation Ford Everest is equipped with driving nannies like cruise control, autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian detection, and a 360-degree camera, to name a few.
Meanwhile, digital experts Wence Wenceslao and partner Sue Pascual said that it was the 12-inch digital instrument cluster that helped convince them to get the next-gen Everest.
“Gone are the days where we need to use our phone to use Waze or change songs on Spotify. Now all our apps are conveniently connected to the car screen. Sue and I also love the active park assist feature for easier maneuverability of the Everest,” Wenceslao commented.
The next-generation Ford Everest is one comfortable SUV — even when conquering rough roads.
“Two of my new interests recently are off-roading and overlanding. With the next-gen Ford Everest’s selectable drive modes, we comfortably drove over different road conditions and surfaces with ease and reached our favorite destinations safely,” Limpao shared.
Likewise, it’s also one reliable vehicle, able to provide its owners peace of mind despite running on unpaved places.
“We own a previous model of the Everest, and it has been with us for six years now. Through the years, it has proven to be a reliable drive. We have been driving a Ford for many years now and not once has it given us a headache in terms of maintenance. It’s only a natural choice to upgrade to the next-gen Everest,” explained Pascual.
Proud owners Limpao, Wenceslao, and Pascual are amazed with the capability and features of the next-generation Ford Everest.
In fact, Limpao was proud to have successfully recommended the next-generation Everest to three of his friends.
“The two already made their respective reservations, while one already has a unit of his own,” Limpao recounted.
On the other hand, Wenceslao and Pascual believe that the next-generation Ford Everest has the best looks and overall design among SUVs within the same category.
“It feels chic, neat, and sophisticated. Driving it in the metro is definitely an advantage as it’s more visible on the road,” revealed the two.
The next-generation Everest comes with a five-year warranty to enhance the ownership experience. The longer warranty offering will cover the next-generation Everest for up to five years or a total mileage of up to 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
