Foton PH presents Tornado Ref Van as COVID-19 vax transport

Foton’s Tornado Ref Vans are built with components from globally recognized brands. They boast reliable US-designed Cummins turbo-diesel engines and comparably capable Thermo King transport temperature control systems.

FMPI has two models to offer, the Foton Tornado M2.6C and the Foton Tornado M4.2C. The former is capable of carrying 2.6 tons of payload while the latter can haul a lot more with its 4.2-ton capacity.

The 12-foot long Foton Tornado M2.6C offers a closed storage that can maintain temperatures as low as -18 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile the Foton Tornado M4.2C has a 14-foot long body and a cooling system that can maintain temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius.

The Foton Tornado M2.6C makes for a competent workhorse with its Cummins ISF 2.8, Blue Energy, Euro 4, turbodiesel, four-cylinder, in-line, CDRi engine with water-cooling and turbo intercooler. It gives the Foton Tornado M2.6C a generous power output of 129hp and 310Nm of torque.

On the other hand, its beefier stablemate, the Foton Tornado M4.2C, packs more power with a Cummins ISF 3.8, Blue Energy, Euro 4, turbo-diesel, four-cylinder, in-line, CDRi engine under the hood — also with water-cooling and turbo intercooler. it ‘s capable of producing a maximum output of 154hp and 500Nm of torque.

Both Blue Energy-powered trucks make for reliable, dependable, and efficient carriers.

Foton’s Blue Energy technology offers advanced thermal engineering, electronic integration and a high pressure common rail fuel system. They are designed and engineered to withstand the most taxing of conditions without compromising engine performance.

Another feature of the Foton Blue Energy is a technology that detects the temperature and pressure changes to provide accurate measurements of the engine demand to maintain its normal operating temperature.
