Fuel prices hike again: Diesel up by P1.10/liter, gas by P0.75 today
After welcoming 2022 with a price increase reaching more than P2 per liter, fuel companies will jack up their pump prices up today.

Petron Philippines, Pilipinas Shell, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Seaoil, Total Philippines, Unioil and Flying V made the announcement. However, other oil players are expected to follow suit.In their respective advisories, Petron Philippines, Pilipinas Shell, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Seaoil, Total Philippines, Unioil and Flying V said that they will raise the price of diesel by P1.10 per liter and gasoline by P0.75 per liter.
Most of the aforementioned companies will add P0.90 per liter on kerosene.
Other players are expected to conduct the same movement on their offerings.
Caltex, marketed by Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI), added in its advisory that it will implement “kerosene price freeze in areas declared under state of calamity.”
Last week, oil firms added P2.40 per liter on the price of diesel, P1.85 per liter on gasoline and P1.85 per liter on kerosene.
