Fuel prices rise for second time in Dec.
As we draw near the holidays, oil companies are to implement another round of oil price hike today.

Areas that were badly hit by Typhoon Odette will not experience price adjustment.Based on their respective advisories, Pilipinas Shell, Petron Philippines, Caltex, Cleanfuel, Seaoil, Total Philippines, Phoenix Petroleum and Flying V are jacking up the prices of diesel and gasoline products by P0.55 per liter.
Most of the abovementioned firms are also raising the price of kerosene by P0.70 per liter.
Further, Petron Philippines and Pilipinas Shell announced that they will not implement price increase on the following areas: Cebu, Bohol, Samar, Leyte, Negros Island, Iloilo, Capiz, Aklan, Palawan, Agusan Del Norte, Agusan Del Sur, Butuan, Cabadbaran, Surigao Del Norte, Surigao Del Sur, General Santos City and Koronadal City.
Last week, gasoline went up by P1.60 per liter, kerosene by P1.20 per liter and diesel by P1.35 per liter.
