GAC Motor PH to launch Emkoo at 2023 MIAS
GAC Motor Philippines will introduce to the Philippine market its latest sport utility vehicle (SUV) offering in the country at the upcoming 2023 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS).

The model will be showcased at the upcoming 2023 Manila International Auto Show.Astara’s newly-acquired vehicle distributorship confirmed the arrival of the Emkoo nameplate to local roads, saying that it is the embodiment of the brand’s bold and futuristic new look for its global SUV models.
First launched in China last year, the five-seater crossover is said to have cutting-edge technologies that match its futuristic appearance. GAC Motor Philippines has yet to disclose further details about the forthcoming model.
However, word on the web stated that the GAC Emkoo in other markets have three engine options: 1.5- and two-liter turbocharged gasoline mills, as well as a mild-hybrid two-liter engine with an electric motor.
Aside from the Emkoo, the company will also showcase the Empow GE, which is also a new offering to customers. The sedan’s top-of-the-line variant features 18-inch alloy wheels, paddle shifters, power folding mirrors, and a full suite of advanced driving assist systems and safety features. GAC Motor Philippines also said that the Matte Fighter Green hero color will be offered solely on the aforementioned variation.
Further, the firm shall also display the GS4 compact crossover, GN6 multi-purpose vehicle, and the all-new GS8 SUV. Special deals and test drives of the GS4, GN6, GS8 and Empow will be made available during the four-day show.
