Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP) has forged a collaboration with Filipina celebrity Isabelle Daza.
As part of the newly-inked partnership, the actress and social media influencer recently took home a brand-new, top-of-the-line Geely Okavango.
In a statement, SGAP claimed that Daza’s decision on acquiring the Geely Okavango Urban Plus was driven by “exceptional features and modern design.”
“I am extremely excited to become a part of the Geely family by acquiring my new Okavango Urban Plus. The combination of the mild hybrid technology, along with the attractive aesthetics and ample interior space, fits impeccably well with my busy mom lifestyle. Geely's dedication to innovation and excellence is truly remarkable,” Daza shared.
To note, the seven-seater offering from Geely is 4,835 millimeters (mm) long, 1,900mm wide, and 1,785mm tall with a 2,815mm wheelbase and cargo capacity of up to 2,050-liters — which assures ample space.
Further, the vehicle is powered by a Euro5-rated, 1.5-liter three-cylinder, turbocharged gasoline engine with dual variable valve timing that has peak churn of 190 horsepower and 300 Newton-meters of torque. The aforementioned mill is mated to a seven-speed wet dual clutch transmission that has manual mode that can be controlled with a tiptronic shifter.
The Geely Okavango Urban Plus sits on 18-inch two-tone aluminum wheels and stopping power comes disc brakes with electronic parking brake and auto brake hold features.
Its myriad of safety and comfort technologies include traction and stability control, hill start assist, 360-degree view camera, rear parking sensors, cruise control, tire pressure monitoring system, smart keyless entry, and push start button.
