Geely Philippines looks to bolster its aftersales services with the launch of GServ+.
Assuring its customers of a better car ownership experience, Geely’s GServ+ offers car owners a suite of services like a five-year warranty or 150,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), which is transferable to the car’s second owner based on the video posted on the company’s website.
The warranty covers the repair or replacement of any proven manufacturer defects to any parts or components at no additional cost.
On that note, Geely cars could fare better in the second-hand car market than other Chinese-made automobiles due to their transferable warranty.
Furthermore, Geely’s GServ+ also comes with a one-year roadside assistance service, which grants owners of brand-new Geely cars access to 24/7 emergency towing, minor onsite repairs, crane assistance, as well as other accident-related coverages.
Additionally, the Geely GServ+ allows its customers to experience low-cost ownership thanks to uniform pricing on parts and items across the brand’s nationwide network of dealers. Per the automaker, Geely is “one of the most affordable brands to maintain.”
Finally, Geely promises a five-star customer experience thanks to its evolving customer care services. Per its local wing, its dealers nationwide are now applying sustainable and customer-centric practices in order to deliver convenience, comfort, and value to every Geely customer.
“We are excited to unveil GServ+, our brand's commitment to after-sales customer experience. Geely Philippines, as a trailblazer among Chinese brands in this market, takes pride in having garnered over 20,000 customers to date, a number that is set to grow exponentially. Over the past year and beyond, we have dedicated significant efforts to revamp our aftersales operations. With GServ+, we are confident that Geely owners will enjoy peace of mind throughout their ownership journey, further solidifying our customer base and fostering a sense of belonging within the Geely family,” commented Geely President and Chief Executive Officer Yugo Kiyofuji.
