Geely PH opens latest dealership in Naga

The sales network of Geely in the Philippines continues to grow as Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corporation (SGAP) has inaugurated its newest dealership — the 28th sales facility for the local distributor.

Situated at 26B Concepcion Grande, Naga City, Camarines Sur, the latest Geely dealership is a 1,200-square-meter outlet that can display six cars inside the showroom and can service six cars at any given time.

The company said that with the opening of Geely Naga, “Bicolanos will have the convenient opportunity to own a Geely with the assurance that they will be taken care of throughout their vehicle ownership.”

In a statement, SGAP President and Chief Executive Officer Yugo Kiyofuji reiterated the goal of the brand’s local arm to be one of the top brands in the country by 2025. “And to achieve that, we have to continue not only expanding our dealer network but also focusing on the quality of every dealership we build. This year, we are trying to increase the number of our dealerships to 40,” Kiyofuji shared.

The aforementioned dealership — the first to open under Kiyofuji — is owned and managed by one of Geely Philippines’ strong partners, the Gateway Group.

To note, the dealer-partner operates several dealerships nationwide such as Geely Cebu, Geely Lipa, Geely ASEANA among others.

“As what I’ve mentioned during the turnover ceremony, Geely Philippines has been expanding its sales exponentially. This is also the reason why we are now exerting most of our efforts in further strengthening our dealer network and providing the best experience and value-added service for our customers.  These efforts on our products, dealer network, after sales will drive customer satisfaction which I believe plays an integral role in achieving our midterm plan,” Kiyofuji added. 

Customers can visit the dealership Mondays to Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to see and test drive the current lineup.

Recently, SGAP reached its 10,000-sales milestone barely three years after being reintroduced in the country.
