Geely PH turns over brand-new Okavango to raffle winner

Sojitz G Auto Philippines Corporation (SGAP) turned over a brand-new Geely Okavango to the winner of the raffle done in partnership with Araneta City.

In a statement, Geely’s local distributor recently handed over the keys of the Geely Okavango Urban Plus to Mary Anne Dela Vega after being hailed as the grand prize winner in the “Dream Ride Like No Other” promo.

Present during the ceremony held at the Geely North Edsa dealership were Geely Philippines President Yugo Kiyofuji and Geely North Edsa General Manager Pinggoy Bitangcor.

"Winning this incredible car is a dream come true for me and my family. We are blessed to have the opportunity to experience the premium features and spaciousness that the Geely Okavango offers," the raffle prize winner was quoted as saying.

To note, the Geely Okavango Urban Plus is the seven-seater sport utility vehicle’s top-of-the-line variety. Its string of premium features include a 12.3-inch infotainment system mated to an eight-speaker setup, an equally-size digital gauge cluster and a three-zone air-conditioner.

In addition, the aforementioned model is powered by a 1.5-liter, turbocharged engine with dual variable valve timing. The mill is paired with a seven-speed wet dual clutch gearbox. The Euro5-rated gasoline-propelled powertrain can deliver as much as 190 horses and 300 Newton-meters of pulling power.
