Grab PH to Extend Help in Pampanga Following April 22 Earthquake
Following the earthquake that literally shattered areas in Pampanga, Grab Philippines will extend its helping hand in the area.
In a statement, Grab Philippines said that it will offer its assistance to fellow Filipinos in the municipalities of San Fernando, Guagua, Porac, and Floridablanca in Pampanga by providing free transportation services to those affected by the calamity starting April 25 until April 27.
GrabCar services will be stationed at the designated entrance and exit points of the following hospitals starting 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM:
1) Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital (City of San Fernando)
2) Diosdado Macapagal Memorial Hospital (Guagua, Pampanga)
3) Jose S. Lapid District Hospital (Porac District Hospital)
4) Romana Pangan District Hospital (Floridablanca, Pampanga)
Aside from that, Grab vowed to continue to monitor the on-ground disaster relief operations, and should there be a need to aid the other municipalities, the team is equipped to offer its assistance.
Grab is also offering financial assistance to its driver-partners in Pampanga who were injured and devastated by the recent earthquake through its GrabCare Package.

Grab passengers can also donate to the Red Cross via their GrabRewards points which they can access through the Grab app. They may donate either PHP50 for 550 points or PHP25 for 225 points and Grab will match the total gathered donated amount.
"Our thoughts and prayers go to those affected by this calamity in these trying times, and now more than ever, we must all come together to care and assist for each other as one resilient Grab community," the statement ended.
