Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) has again acknowledged the hard work and commitment of sales and aftersales force at the recent 2022 Dealer of the Year Awards (DOYA).

Isuzu Makati is under Isuzu Gencars, Incorporated.The annual event — held last January 27 at the Marriott Grand Ballroom — gave recognition to the top-performing Isuzu dealers and individuals for their achievements that they have shown all throughout the year 2022.
Aside from the Dealer of the Year Award, IPC also presented to its dealers numerous honors namely Excellence in Sales, Parts and Service Operations Awards for attaining the highest scores in accordance to the criteria that the Japanese vehicle manufacturer’s local distributor has set.
Further, individual awards Sales Executive of the Year and Truck Elite of the Year were also bestowed to sales executives who displayed exceptional skills and contributions to the Isuzu brand.

Diana Rose Araneta from Isuzu Pasig
Isuzu Makati (under Isuzu Gencars, Inc.) was the overall grand champion at the 2022 DOYA. The company also took first place in Excellence in Parts Operations category and second place in Excellence in Service Operations.
Isuzu Gencars, Inc. Chairman Edgard Cabangon expressed his gratitude to IPC for the awards and support that their dealers continuously receive. Meanwhile, Isuzu Gencars, Inc. President Lerma Nacnac also acknowledged the hard work and cooperation of the whole Gencars team, including other dealer branches under Gencars. “This wouldn’t have been possible without the help of our employees, our officers and sales agents,” Nacnac stated.
Moreover, newly-hailed IPC President Tetsuya Fujita extended his appreciation to all dealers for their continuous support to the company last year that contributed to its 23 consecutive years of being the leading truck brand in the country.
“As the leading truck brand in the industry, we will continue innovating new products that will assist in the progress of the country while displaying more responsibility to the society and the environment through our ‘Road to Progress’ vision,” he declared.
IPC Executive Vice President Shojiro Sakoda congratulated all the winners and boosted everyone’s morale by ending his speech saying, “Our resilience has gotten us this far, so together, let us grab this chance to make 2023 another year of remarkable growth and productivity!”
