The Local Toll Regulatory Council (LTRC) has already authorized the implementation of toll rates for the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX).

According to the Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway Corporation, the Local Toll Regulatory Council authorized the rates.As shared by the Cebu Cordova Link Expressway Corporation (CCLEC), the approved rates (approved by the LGU-Grantors based on the concession agreement) for the newly-opened toll road are as follows:
- P90 for Class I vehicles such as cars, jeepneys, pick-ups, vans, and motorcycles.
- P180 for Class I vehicles above seven feet in height (except when the top load is only recreational equipment such as bike, surfboard, and the likes, and not intended for commercial use).
- P180 for Class II vehicles such as light trucks, tourist/school and public utility buses.
- P270 for Class III vehicles such as heavy and multi-axle trucks and trailers.
The toll for motorcycles with below 400cc engine displacement is still being studied. Vehicles that belong to the aforementioned category will be allowed to use the aforementioned road starting July.
The CCLEX will also have a separate lane for bicycle riders and pedestrians, which can be used for free.
CCLEC requested motorists to drive only up to 60kph during initial operations as part of safety measures. The tollway has a maximum speed limit of 80kph.
Further, cash payments will be accepted as of the moment and motorists are advised to prepare the exact fee.
