Land Rover Philippines just unleashed the third-generation Range Rover Sport yesterday where the English automotive brand’s local arm revealed the three available trims for the luxury sport utility vehicle (SUV).
Serving as the base model, the Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE D300 comes with standard exterior features such as pixel LED headlights with signature daytime running lights (DRL), a sliding panoramic roof, futuristic-looking door handles, 22-inch wheels, and a power tailgate.
The cabin of the Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE D300 is swathed in leather. Also wrapped in premium hide are its multi-functional steering wheel, its uber-comfortable seats, and the first and second-row armrests.
Also found inside is a larger-than-life 13.7-inch interactive driver display alongside a 13.1-inch Pivi Pro infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Other notable amenities include a wireless charger, premium cabin lighting, a Meridian sound system, and a four-zone climate control.
Powering the Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE D300 is a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder diesel engine that makes 295 horsepower (hp) and around 650Nm of torque. The diesel mill is capable of a zero to 100 kilometers per hour (kph) acceleration of about 6.6 seconds.
Taking a step up the variant hierarchy is the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE D300. This grade builds from the aforementioned Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE D300 and comes with the Black Package.
Differentiating it from the pack are the exterior appointments from the said blacked-out cosmetic kit, which include the lower front lip, front air intake, front vents with burnished copper blades, bonnet louvers with burnished copper appliques, side ingot finished in satin burnished copper, and a set of 22-inch wheels with a satin dark gray finish and red brake calipers.
Like the well-appointed base model, the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE D300 is also equipped with the same diesel powerplant.
Finally, Land Rover Philippines revealed a hybrid variant of the Range Rover Sport nameplate — the Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE P440e.
It boats the same exterior and interior features as the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE D300 variant but is instead powered by a gasoline-fed engine paired with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery.
Per Land Rover Philippines, the Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE P440e’s setup is made up of a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder turbocharged gasoline powerplant, a 38.2-kilowatt-hour battery, and a 105-kilowatt electric motor.
In unison, the powertrain puts out 433hp with 620Nm of pulling power. It can zoom from a standstill to 100kph in just 5.8 seconds.
In terms of range, the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE P440e can drive as far as 114 kilometers on a single charge.

The Land Rover Range Rover Sport SE D300 is priced at P13.99 million. Meanwhile, the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE D300 and the Land Rover Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE P400e are priced at P14.79 million and P13.49 million respectively.
