Here are the Toyota Gazoo Racing GT Cup 2023 winners in PH
Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) announced the winners of the 2023 Toyota Gazoo Racing Gran Turismo (TGR GT) Cup.

The winners of the TGR GT Cup Sporting Class are Russel Reyes, Matthew Ang, and Luis Moreno.According to the local arm of the Japanese automotive brand, this year’s TGR GT Cup had three classes, namely Sporting, Junior, and Promotional.
Participants competed in three races, each with a different track and car.
Virtual race drivers took on Trial Mountain in the GR 86 for the first race, Sardegna — Rally Cross in the GR Yaris RZ for the second race, and Mount Panorama in the GR Supra Race Car ’19 for the third and final race.
Snatching the National Finals crown was Russel Reyes, who showed consistency in all three rounds where he won two of three. Back in the last season, Reyes finished second in the National Finals.
Matthew Ang, on the other hand, pulled a remarkable performance in Race 2 of the National Finals to land second overall. Although considered a Sporting Class, Ang has impressive credentials as he finished second in the Promotional Class last year.
Rounding up the podium finishers was Luis Moreno. The 2021 TGR GT Cup Champion made a comeback this year and did not disappoint.
As the Sporting Class season winners, the three will represent the country at the TGR GT Cup 2023 Asia Finals in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on September 24.
“We have a strong roster of racers this year. This is the first time we are sending players overseas for the Asia Finals. Having watched Russel, Matthew, and Luis in the local and national rounds, we are confident that they will make us proud as Team Philippines,” commented TMP Vice President for Marketing Services Elvin Luciano.
David Enzo Ison finished first overall in the TGR GT Cup Junior Class, with Russo Gabriel Formoso coming in second, and Vito Manas in third.
Meanwhile, Stanley Theodore Golez was declared Champion of the TGR GT Promotional Class. Benedict Salido followed in second place, and Jan Rene Aldiosa in third.
