Just like everyone else, we are thrilled about the forthcoming launch of the Isuzu mu-X. Now we provide more information about the highly anticipated SUV offering from Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC).
As reported earlier, the all-new Isuzu mu-X will be offered in two engine options: the 4JJ-TCX (3.0liter Ddi Blue Power) and the 1.9 RZ4E-TC (1.9 Blue Power Gen 2), which likely means that the vehicle will be offered in numerous variants.
Based on the information shared to Carmudi Philippines, the soon-to-be released model will be offered in five variations. Of the said number, only one will be available with a 4x4 option.
The following are the possible trims for the incoming version of the Isuzu mu-X:
Three variants, namely the LS-E (both the 4x4 and the 4x2) and the LS-A AT, will be fitted with the high-displacement engine, while the remaining lower-end selections will be powered by the 1.9-liter-powertrain.
Further, only the LS-E trims are equipped with Advance Driver Assist System (ADAS), making them the top-of-the-line offerings for the incoming iteration of the nameplate.
As additional trivia, the base model initials LS stands for Luxury Style, the LS-A is Luxury Style-Advance and LS-E is Luxury Style Elegance.
The all-new mu-X will be retailed in the following hues: Marrakesh Brown (new), Satin White Pearl (new), Onyx Black, Mercury Silver and Splash White.
Also, we have been updated by our reliable source that the forthcoming launching of the Isuzu mu-X might be moved to a later date instead of the previously reported second week of September. “Around fourth week, next month,” the source shared.
