Hino Laguna opens to cater to South Luzon’s growing market
The sole distributor and manufacturer for Japanese truck marque Hino will soon boost their reach in South Luzon after forging a partnership that led to the opening of their Laguna dealership.
In a statement, Hino Motors Philippines (HMP) claimed the recent agreement signing ceremonies underscores the brand’s “continued commitment and capability to provide Total Support in the new normal.”
HMP President Mitsuharu Tabata said that such initiative was made in accordance with the growing truck market in the area.
“We recognize the developing truck market in Region IV and its potential as an industrial and commercial hub for businesses. Apart from its rich history and strong agro-industrial sector, the Alaminos municipality also has low susceptibility to landslides and flooding, making it a more favorable location for risk management and disaster control."
"We want to provide the people of South Luzon with a one-stop shop – from the assembly of chassis and building of vehicle body based on client’s customization needs and preferences to vehicle repair, maintenance, and refurbishing. This is our way of bringing our Total Support promise to them,” Tabata said.
Strategically located at Km. 78, along Maharlika Highway in Barangay San Benito, Alaminos, Laguna and covering a total lot area of approximately 1,900 square meters, the latest dealership is accessible to neighboring cities and municipalities through a network of highways and bridges.
Just like its other dealers, Hino Laguna offers long-term maintenance service and lifetime value to its customers, as it will be more than just a trucks and buses solutions hub and will serve as a complete 3S center offering sales, service and spare parts for 360-degree after-sales service.
The Hino Laguna dealership is managed by Toyota San Pablo Chairman Richard Tan and President Ryan Tan.
