“We have been a witness to J&T Express’ growth from being a new player in the logistics arena and now a giant in the industry. Truly, J&T Express has become a part of the Hino family, and we look forward to continuing this relationship with them. We understand the demands for such a big company, and that’s why we are willing to offer customizable plans for their maintenance and repair needs to sustain everyday use of the trucks,” Mills shared.
Meanwhile, Ding expressed elation over J&T Express’ continued trust with HMP.
“Hino has been one of the fleet partners by our side that supported our operations with quality aftersales services and impressive truck production that stood the test of time. With the growing demands of the e-commerce industry, we aim to continue expanding our fleet to provide quality last-mile delivery services for our customers,” Ding stated.
Further, Sakai said that the brand remains committed in creating trucks and buses that do more and provide Total Support to its customers from manufacturing, customization to aftersales services.
“Our Total Support philosophy is our guiding principle in everything we do. At Hino, we give high regard to product quality, durability and reliability, yet equally important for us are the mechanics’ skills, drivers’ knowledge and attentiveness while on the road. These can be maintained through proper training and strong aftersales support. We promise our long-time partner and customer J&T Express that we will always support them holistically as they continue to grow their operations and conquer the local logistics industry,” Sakai noted.
Relatedly, the signing ceremony also highlighted Hino’s latest product locally—the 200 Series. Introduced in December 2022, the aforementioned model serves as the lightest commercial vehicle in the HMP roster poised to be the perfect partner for logistics companies for their last-mile deliveries.
Further, HMP said that together with its partners, it is eyeing to utilize a more centralized approach for vehicle operations support.
