Starting today, all Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) dealerships will be offering the all-new Honda Civic V Turbo CVT.
The arrival of the mid-range trim of the 11th-generation Civic comes after its official launch late last year.
Further highlighting the grand concept of the “exhilarating Civic” in the all-new Honda Civic V Turbo CVT are its headlamps (with daytime running lights), fog lamps and taillights that are all LEDs, in addition to 17-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, the all-new Honda Civic V Turbo CVT has a seven-inch touchscreen display audio with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, matched with eight speakers. It is also equipped with standard features such as automatic climate control, rear air vents, and a seven-inch digital display with analog speedometer.
The digital display can be customized (it can show audio or vehicle information) through controls mounted on the steering wheel.
Powering the all-new Honda Civic V Turbo CVT is the 1.5-liter four-cylinder DOHC VTEC Turbo engine that is also found in the base and top-of-the-line varieties. It has the ability to deliver 175 horses and 240Nm of torque.
The power mills of the compact sedan's all-turbo roster are paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
For its safety features, all-Honda Civic variants come with the Honda Sensing suite of driver-assistive features: collision mitigation braking system, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane keeping assist system, road departure mitigation system with lane departure warning, auto high-beam, and the new lead car departure notification system.
The new Honda Sensing system utilizes a single monocular camera with a wider field of view combined with improved software offering to better recognize vehicle, motorcycle, bicycle, pedestrian, and road markings.
Further, the all-new Civic comes with speed-sensing door locks, multi-view reverse camera, smart entry, driver front Passenger and side airbags, anti-lock braking system with electronic brakeforce distribution, vehicle stability assist, hill start assist, emergency stop signal, child lock, ISOFIX child seat anchor, security alarm, and immobilizer.
