Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI), the local automobile arm for the Japanese marque, is set to launch two model offerings in the country on October 22.
We reported on the first one earlier: the all-new Honda City, which has already been confirmed as HCPI is now accepting orders as part of their 30th anniversary celebration.
In a statement, HCPI said that interested customers may already inquire and reserve the fifth-generation City at any of the 34 Honda Car Dealerships nationwide since October 15.
The other one, as the launch date draws near, is said to be the CR-V. The said model is the same one that is currently being offered in Thailand, which was revealed in July. In the said country, the model offers an updated design at the front fascia and now wears additional technologies for passengers like wireless charging system.
Since it has already gained a good number of followers here, we feel that the diesel powertrain will still be made available, apart from the 2.0-liter gasoline variant, which the CR-V has been known for since it was first introduced in the country.
While we wait for more information about the CR-V, you wouldn't t mind if we give you more details for the all-new City, right?
The said version will come with new variant names and includes a new color.
HCPI reminded that until December 31, 2020, upon every successful referral of all current Honda owners on the All-New City, he or she will be given P5,000 worth of e-gift certificates. Interested referrers may visit www.hondaphil.com/promos/referral-program for more information. Terms and conditions apply.
Launched in May 2017, the current version of the subcompact sedan City has received outstanding acceptance by the car buying public, selling more than 21,000 units for the past three years.
