Honda dealerships are now reopening nationwide
The long wait is finally over. Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is now reopening its branches across the country, with the first batch of dealerships having resumed operations last May 16 in Fairview, Greenhills, Kalookan, Manila, Marcos Highway, Marikina, Quezon City, Nueva Ecija, Tarlac, and Iloilo.
The second batch of dealers will reopen today, and will include branches in Alabang, Global City, Makati, Batangas, Bulacan, Carmona, Cavite, Davao, Manila Bay, Pasig, Shaw, Ilocos, Pangasinan, Rizal, and Zamboanga.
Meanwhile, Honda's other branches will follow soon. The company advises everyone to go to its official website and its Facebook and Instagram pages to for a complete reopening schedule and dealer contact details.
To ensure the safety of its valued customers and dealers, Honda Car dealerships will enforce strict health and safety protocols inside the premises.
Everyone entering the dealerships will be scanned for body temperature before entering. Those with a body temperature of 37.5ºCelsius and above will not be permitted to enter.
Customers will be mandated to wear face masks while inside the dealership. They will also be required to sanitize their hands before entering and while they are inside the building. Hand sanitizers will be accessible in different locations, and dealer associates will be required to wear prescribed PPE before they interact with anyone inside and outside the building.
All Honda dealerships will also implement social distancing throughout the entire premises such as the showroom, service reception, customer lounges, cashiers, and etc. Everyone should be at least one meter apart, and the premises will have demarcation lines to make sure that this rule is strictly followed by everyone.
Despite opening up its branches nationwide, Honda will only offer a limited operating capacity in areas that are still under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ). To ensure that customers who live in this area are given the necessary attention they deserve, Honda strongly advises customers to schedule an appointment before they visit the dealership for sales or aftersales services concerns.
