The local automobile arm for Japanese brand Honda provided transport support to the medical frontliners in Laguna.
Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) extended some 15 vehicles to medical frontliners, which comprised of their full lineup.
The Honda City, Brio, Jazz, Mobilio, BR-V, HR-V, and CR-V models will be utilized by doctors and nurses of various hospitals including: the New Sinai MDI Hospital in Tagapo, Santa Rosa, Laguna; The Medical City South Luzon in Santa Rosa, Laguna; Unihealth-Southwoods Hospital and Medical Center in Biñan, Laguna; Westlake Medical Center in San Pedro, Laguna; and, the Carmona Hospital and Medical Center in Carmona, Cavite.
Aside from thay vehicles, Honda will shoulder the gasoline provision for each car for one month.
The initiave was done as the local arm for the Japanese automaker has recently suspended operations for its dealer network.
